1. Introduction

Welcome to 777st. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and the 777st platform ("777st", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of the 777st website, mobile interface or game services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use any services offered on this platform. We encourage all players to read this document carefully before creating an account, and to check back periodically as we update these Terms when needed.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 777st you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777st is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to register or place bets.
• You must be accessing the platform of your own free will and not on behalf of any other person.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of 777st or any of its affiliated studios and suppliers.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false name, date of birth, contact details or payment information is a breach of these Terms.
• You may only hold one active account on 777st at any time. If we detect that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any pending balances pending investigation.

777st reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This includes government-issued ID, proof of address and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your 777st account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made and all communications sent through the account.

• Keep your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes — private and secure at all times. Do not share them with anyone.
• If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact 777st support immediately.
• Your account is for personal use only. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, even temporarily.
• All PKR balance in your account belongs to you as the registered account holder. Transferring balances to other accounts or receiving transfers from other players outside of normal gameplay is not permitted.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is legal in your jurisdiction. 777st does not provide legal advice on this matter.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 777st are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets as indicated on the Deposit page

Deposits: Deposits typically reflect in your 777st account within a few minutes of confirmation depending on the payment channel. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours. Processing times vary depending on the method selected. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method and account that has been previously verified and used for deposits on the same account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Verification requirement: Before processing larger withdrawals or in cases where we have reason to review account activity, 777st may request identity and payment verification documentation. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of this review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

777st offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback, free spins and VIP rewards. The following general rules apply to all promotional offers unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. You must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) the stated number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to expiry. Unused bonus amounts after the expiry period are forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses may not be transferable and are issued on a per-account, per-player basis. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a breach of these Terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots generally count at 100%; table games and Live Casino titles may count at a reduced rate. The specific contribution breakdown is listed on each promotion's page.
• 777st reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where an error has led to an incorrectly credited bonus, we reserve the right to correct the account balance accordingly.
• VIP programme rewards and cashback are governed by the VIP programme terms accessible from the VIP section of the platform.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on the 777st platform — including Slots, Live Casino titles, Fish Games, table games and arcade formats — are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface.

• Results in RNG-based games (Slots, virtual table games, crash games) are determined by certified Random Number Generators. Each outcome is independent of previous rounds.
• In Live Casino games, the outcome is determined by the physical or mechanical actions of the live dealer and is subject to the studio's game rules.
• In Sports Betting, all markets are subject to standard sports betting settlement rules. In the event of a dispute, 777st's decision on settlement is final.
• Any technical malfunction — whether in the game software, network connection or platform infrastructure — that affects a round will be reviewed by our team. Bets affected by confirmed technical faults may be voided and stakes returned. Winnings from a malfunctioning game state will not be honoured.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface before you place a bet.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777st platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance and may result in further action:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using 777st for any purpose connected to financial fraud, money laundering or related criminal activity.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through systematic low-risk wagering, arbitrage, matched betting using promotional funds, or creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools or any software that interacts with the platform without genuine human input.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in Live Casino, poker or any game where collusion could influence outcomes unfairly.
• Exploiting errors: Knowingly exploiting a software bug, pricing error or display error on the platform rather than reporting it to support.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute against a deposit made to 777st while retaining any winnings derived from that deposit.

8. Responsible Gaming

777st is committed to supporting responsible gaming among all players. Gaming is intended as a form of entertainment for adults. We encourage every player to set personal limits and to play within their means.

• Set a personal session budget before you start playing and stop when that budget is used — regardless of outcome.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777st platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, layout and design — is the property of 777st or its licensed content suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any part of this platform without prior written permission.

Game content provided by third-party studios (PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Habanero, JDB and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. 777st operates these games under licence agreements with the respective providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 777st shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect loss of funds arising from gameplay, where the outcome was determined by a functioning RNG or live dealer process.
• Technical interruptions, service outages or third-party connectivity failures that affect gameplay or transaction processing.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security or from providing incorrect payment details.
• Any delay in payment processing caused by the player's chosen payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy

777st collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy. This includes data collected for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention and customer support purposes.

We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment providers is limited to what is necessary to process transactions.

12. Amendments to These Terms

777st reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. Where a change significantly affects player rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via email or on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 777st platform after any amendments are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the change.
